From zero to more than a quarter-million – that’s how many virtual doctors visits Millennium Physician Group completed through its propriety telehealth service MPG Connect in the year since the COVID-19 Pandemic first took hold.
Instead of closing its doors, this innovative team analyzed, adjusted, and pivoted to support their healthcare providers and patients through one of the most unprecedented times in healthcare. “Agile with Afterburners” allowed the technical team to work hand in hand with front-line staff to solve issues and improve the patient experience throughout the transition to a telehealth first model.
During this informative session, we’ll hear from Jeffrey Nelson, Chief Innovation Officer for Millennium Physician Group about how he and his team were able to move as quickly as they did and roll out features and updates at such a pace while staying compliant with stringent medical standards and preserving patients’ continuity of care during one of the scariest times they have ever known.
Join us for lunch on April 13th to hear from Jeffrey Nelson on how he managed his team through this incredible task in ever-changing environments, lessons learned, problems solved, staying in tune with the voice of the customer (doctors and patients) and how you can apply it to your own product development requirements.
